Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We accept returns for product purchased directly from us which is un-openned or damaged from shipping up to 30 days. Please contact us at email@example.com for guidance on return process.
Can I cancel my order?
We will cancel any order upon request up to time of shipment at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I have a problem with my item?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com We generally send out a replacement right away with legitimate issues.
Where do we ship?
Currently we ship anywhere in the United States!
We ship internationally upon ordering but we are not responsible for any parcels held by customs or subject to additional fees or taxes.
We'll let you know by email before shipping if your area has experienced issues in the past. We can cancel the order for a full refund in these cases if confirmed before shipping.
What are the shipping rates and options?
We currently offer Free shipping on orders over $75 to anywhere in the United States.
International shipping does not have this option but we have many discounts available up to 50% (see ways to save).
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), standard first class shipping.
We have rush options, for an additional fee. We use USPS 2 day priority, however can't guarantee that your shipment will be there in 2 days, as it is dependent on United States Postal Service.
UPS is also available (no PO boxes).
One note...for International shipping, USPS has had the best response with customs, etc.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide a email confirmation of your order that will include the tracking number of your shipment automatically when the order is generated.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday placed by 4pm (PST) for same day shipping 99% of the time. Orders received on the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them with a 99% success rate!
What if I need to make a change to my address?
Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make the changes necessary as long as it's received before actual shipping
