What is the return policy?

Where do we ship?
Currently we ship anywhere in the United States.
We currently do not offer shipping to Canada.
We ship internationally upon ordering but we are not responsible for any parcels held by customs or subject to additional fees or taxes.
What are the shipping rates and options?
We currently offer Free shipping on orders over $75 to anywhere in the United States . We do not ship internationally.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), standard first class shipping.
We have a rush option, for an additional fee. We use USPS 2 day priority, however can't guarantee that your shipment will be there in 2 days, as it is dependent on United States Postal Service.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide a email confirmation of your order that will include the tracking number of your shipment.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders received on the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours or receiving them.
What if I need to make a change to my address?
Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make the changes necessary.
