Order FAQ's

Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, please email us at support@indigonaturals.net.  We will do our very best to accomodate any changes.


How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so that you can see where your delivery is.

What is included in the price?

The price includes:

cost of the product + taxes (destination rate)+ shipping cost (Free if over $75) = Total cost

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and paypal

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to anywhere in the United States.

We currently do not ship to Canada.

We ship internationally upon ordering but we are not responsible for any parcels held by customs or subject to additional fees or taxes.  

When will you ship my order?

We will process your order within 1 business day.  If you order is placed on a weekend we will process the order on Monday.  Once the order is processed you will receive a confirmation and tracking information.


Returns and Exchanges
